Look, we get it - choosing flooring sometimes can be a right pain. That's why we're here to make it dead easy and actually enjoyable. No nonsense, no pressure, just good floors and honest chat.
So, Where Did We Come From?
Right, so here's the story. Floor Style opened back in 2000 when I, Colin Hall, decided it was time to do my own thing. I'd been working for another flooring company for 5 years, and after that I was out fitting carpets for 15 years - so yeah, I've been crawling around people's floors for quite a while!
Now with over 40 years in this game (am I really that old? Don't answer that!), I reckon I know a thing or two about what makes a good floor. Plus, I'm a bit obsessed with interior design - always have been.
My goal was simple: make shopping for floors actually pleasant. You know how most places are either pushy or confusing? Well, I wanted to create somewhere you'd actually want to spend time, with floors I'd be happy to put in my own house

Look, we will soon have an online catalogue so you can have a browse at home with a cuppa - which is great for getting ideas. But here's the thing about flooring: you really need to see it, touch it, walk on it before you decide.
That's why we've got this big showroom. It's not just for show - it's so you can properly experience what you're buying. Because the last thing anyone wants is to get something fitted and think 'oh, that's not what I expected.'

Leave the measuring to us. We've done this a few thousand times, so we know how to get it spot on.
