If you provide measurements, you accept full responsibility for their accuracy. We are not liable for incorrect sizing based on customer-supplied measurements.

If your order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued. No additional compensation is payable.

12. Cancellations & Returns
Returns
You may return eligible Goods within 14 days of delivery, provided:

Original packaging is intact

Goods are in resale condition
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Custom-Made and Cut-to-Order Products
Certain Goods sold on this Website are made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, including (but not limited to) floor coverings such as carpets, vinyl, or other materials cut to a specific length or size based on measurements provided by you.
Where Goods are made, cut, or otherwise prepared specifically to your individual requirements, your statutory right to cancel the Contract within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply once production or cutting has begun.
You acknowledge that:
Measurements and specifications provided by you are your responsibility; and
Custom-made or cut-to-order Goods cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the Goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.

Refunds
Once Goods are inspected and approved, we will:

Refund the product price (excluding original delivery costs), or

Issue store credit if requested
Shedding in wool or deep-pile products is a natural characteristic and not a defect.
13. Delivery
Goods are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are shown on the website. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 28 days.
Ownership and risk pass to you upon delivery. You must inspect Goods immediately and report issues before installation or use.
14. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If Goods are damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We may:

15. Liability Limitations
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
