So, where did we come from?

Floor Style opened its doors in 2000 by me, Colin Hall. After working for a flooring company for 5 years and fitting carpets for over 15 years it was time for a new challenge. Now with over 30 years experience in the flooring industry (am I really that old?) who better to help give you inspiration and guidance on the latest flooring trends. Put together with my passion for interior design, my goal is to make your shopping experience a pleasurable one, with a beautiful showroom packed with the best flooring, hand picked with you in mind, with a superior choice of colours and designs.

During a rebrand I decided to keep it simple and only offer the four key types of flooring, Carpet, Vinyl, Wood and Rugs. This meant i could bring in the latest and best selection to our 4000 sqft showroom .

Time for a new challenge.

The next improvement i wanted to make was an online catalogue so you guys could spend a bit of time researching in the comfort of your home. But flooring is one of those products you need to see in the flesh before making your decision. This is why the bricks and mortar showroom is an important part of that package.
